Home and Personal Services

A Private Residence in the floor plan of your choice, with well-equipped kitchen, baths with safety aids, a private balcony or patio, and all utilities except phone. Homes may be customized, upgraded or expanded to suit your tastes.

Housekeeping every other week, with one "deep" cleaning each year.

Linens delivered to your door weekly, including fresh linens and towels.

Maintenance of your home, building and grounds, including appliance repair/ replacement, lawn care and snow/leaf removal.

Satellite TV plus Laurel Lake information and program channels.

Individual Locked Storage Units, private meeting and lounge areas.

24-Hour Security for Laurel Lake buildings and grounds.

24-Hour Emergency Call system in every residence brings immediate assistance in event of an emergency. Our medical staff are on duty 24 hours a day.

Safety Systems include smoke alarms, secure entrances, sprinkler systems and  emergency generators.

150 Scenic Acres with three fishing lakes, forests and protected wetlands are ideal for walking and cycling. Habitat of blue heron, deer, beaver, fox, red tail hawk and other wildlife.

Outdoor Dining Spaces, including Pat’s Patio, the 100-seat Barlow Picnic Pavilion, Gazebos and Overlook Deck, can be reserved for private gatherings.
