Laurel Lake offers more than 20 distinctive floor plans. Most can be customized or expanded to suit your individual taste.  

When you move to Laurel Lake, the fees paid provide residency in the apartment or villa of your choice, with a complete package of services and amenities, plus the option of a lifetime Life Care contract for unlimited care in assisted living or skilled nursing should you ever need it.  You'll have a choice of Entrance Fee Plans, including 50% and 94% refundable options.
