Learn how to feel your best at every age as Laurel Lake Wellness Manager Susan Busko presents "Fitness Tips for Everyone Over 50," with the latest recommendations from the International Conference on Active Aging regarding exercise for adults age 50 and above. Sample garden-fresh appetizers, watch (or join in) fun fitness demonstrations, and tour some of Laurel Lake's most distinctive and beautifully designed private homes.
