CONTACT Policy analyst Peter Doran to speak on "The Big Triangle: Russia, EU and the US"  March
4, 2011 -- On Tuesday, March 15 at 1:00 PM,
Laurel Lake and University Circle will present a special distance
learning program with guest speaker Peter B. Doran, Senior Policy
Analyst at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington
D.C.
